Victor is a seasoned C-level executive and strategic advisor with over 18 years of experience across Offshoring & Outsourcing (O&O), Telecommunications, M&A, SaaS/ICT, Data Centers, and Tech Startups. Known for building and scaling high-growth ventures, Victor has co-founded, advised, and invested in multiple startups and enterprises across the globe.

He played a pivotal role in shaping the Philippines’ IT-BPM, Telco, and Data Center sectors since 2011—holding leadership positions such as Sales Head for Asia Pacific & Australia at a Swedish outsourcing firm, and heading sales at the first Y Combinator-backed startup in the Philippines focused on tech-enabled talent acquisition.

Victor also served as Vice President at PLDT Enterprise, managing a $100M portfolio in the IT-BPM vertical, and co-leading the Hyperscale Data Center team. He was later appointed President & CEO of Multisys Technologies Corporation, a key software subsidiary of the PLDT Group.

Since 2019, he has advised on multimillion-dollar M&A transactions in the BPO sector and driven AI-focused strategic initiatives for enterprises. He currently leads Maximus Consulting Inc., a boutique advisory firm, and is the Philippines Corporate Advisor. He also co-founded WAGMI Solutions, an outsourcing provider for US companies.

Victor is a founding member of the Data Center Association of the Philippines (DCAP) and remains actively involved in the country’s innovation and digital transformation efforts. His network spans top-tier executives across the global BPO, telecom, fintech, and infrastructure ecosystems, with affiliations including AmCham, IBPAP, CCAP, and Fintech Alliance.
